I could have posted a photo of something a little more exciting, a bottle of wine maybe…………………. except I don’t drink alcohol, I simply don’t like the taste. I could have posted a picture of a fabulous cup of coffee, something that I rely on to get me through the day. However, due to stress and drinking so much coffee etc I’ve not been sleeping brilliantly (and ofcourse J has been waking up through the night with night terrors) so I’ve started drinking Horlicks along with hot milk to help me drift off to sleep each night…………….hence the photo

I chose this photo today because it kinda symbolises how slow life seems to be moving along at the minute……….at a snail’s pace. Just when we think things can’t possibly get any worse something comes along to prove us wrong. I feel like hiding away in my shell at the minute but I know all the crap (sorry) will still be waiting at our door when I emerge. *sigh*

As my heart swells with pride, happiness and love I can’t think of a better day to share this with you…………
J says I love you everyday, it’s part of his routine at bedtime and when on the rare occasion that I manage to escape go out, (usually to the supermarket), on my own, but it’s rarely said with any feeling behind it. I know that J loves me, he doesn’t have to say it because the little things he does everyday show me ………………. but this little note along accompanied by a hug *sigh* ……………..words can say a million things. xx

So many possibilities for today’s photo………………… Firstly there’s the collection of toys sprawled all over the floor in just about every room in the house…………….Yes every room! Or maybe I could have showed off our gardening skills by photographing the floor outside, (the strawberries are looking yum!). Or maybe I could have posted a photo of us enjoying floortime play with J’s Mario figures…………………
